What is Third Coast Health?

Third Coast Health is a small team of 30 something’s who act and play like we’re 20 somethings.
We’re from Michigan (if you couldn’t tell) which is commonly referred to as the “third coast”. We’re definitely not pro athletes, but we are always active between sports, outdoor activities, and chasing around our kids!

Since we’ve reached our 30’s, eating things made out of cauliflower, along with being tired and sore are regular occurrences.
Recovery from workouts isn’t as fast and old injuries seem to creep back in.

What’s even more unfortunate is how the solution to these issues is typically to get some kind of pill or even worse, surgery!

Why Third Coast Started

We started Third Coast because (like Michigan, being the alternative coast to east and west) science-backed nutrition and natural ingredients can be an alternative to synthetic prescriptions.

Our focus is on hemp-derived CBD oil and other nutraceuticals. CBD oil is not only all-natural but backed by science. It has been confused as something intoxicating for many years, and we intend to change this perception through education.

We also understand that while CBD and other nutrition may have solid anecdotal evidence and research studies behind them, it is still not the the-end-all-be-all only thing you need to do. CBD is merely one component of an overall healthy lifestyle. Always consult your doctor or physician before taking any new supplements.
