Invictus owns 50% of AB Laboratories Inc. A licensed producer based in Hamilton, Ontario under the ACMPR. AB Labs currently operates in a 16,000 square foot facility and has recently acquired a facility adjacent to the existing property that is expected to allow a total of 56,000 square feet of cultivation space to be ready for production by June 2018.

Invictus owns and operates two facilities for the production of cannabis, both licensed under the ACMPR in Canada, with a vision of producing a variety of high-quality and low-cost cannabis products on the global market, as permitted by regulations. Acreage Pharms Ltd. (“Acreage Pharms”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, is located in West-Central Alberta. Invictus also owns 50% of Hamilton, Ontario’s AB Laboratories Inc. (“AB Labs”). AB Ventures Inc. (“AB Ventures”) owns 100 acres of land near Hamilton, Ontario, for future cultivation of cannabis. The company recently announced that it has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire an option.
